Though centrally located, the setting is very private and peaceful and there are wonderful views across Ibiza’s famous salt flats and towards the island of Formentera.
The interiors are clean-lined, cool, and spacious with full-height sliding glass doors and windows opening onto the extensive surrounding terraces. The main living area is open plan with a choice of comfortable sitting areas, a bespoke 18-seater solid wood dining table, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen with a central island breakfast bar. There is a separate TV den with huge floor cushions on which to sprawl whilst choosing from over 1000 Satellite and Sky TV channels. There is a utility room with laundry facilities and a wine chiller.
There are eight en-suite double bedrooms of which six are in the main building and two are in self-contained guest bungalows, one of which has a kitchenette. All bedrooms have king-size beds with hotel standard King Koil mattresses, flat-screen TVs, and private furnished terraces. The natural stone bathrooms have rain showers and the master bedroom also has a freestanding bathtub. It is possible to accommodate two additional guests in two single beds if required.
Surrounded by mature gardens and terraces where there are several beautiful chill-outs, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and a choice of al fresco dining areas, Villa Salinas View lends itself well to outdoor summer living. The 12 x 6-meter infinity pool is flanked by sun loungers and outdoor sofas and forms the main sun terrace but there are plenty of other secluded sun-traps and shaded areas giving guests the choice of space and privacy. Within the gardens near the front entrance gate is a floodlit tennis court with a shaded chill-out area and there is also a fitness room with weights.
Villa Salinas View is air-conditioned throughout and has WIFI internet, Sky and Satellite TV, and an indoor/outdoor Bose sound system. The property has a full security system and there is parking for up to 12 vehicles (outdoor parking for 10 and garage parking for two.
